Established in 1995 and led by Mr. Shiv Yadav, Secure Mobile India began with a clear mandate: to build world-class ballistic protection products that meet the unique security demands of the Indian subcontinent — designed and made entirely in India.

From our facility in Nangloi, Delhi, we have spent three decades manufacturing armoured vehicles, bomb suppression blankets, blast containment systems, and defensive equipment trusted by India's most sensitive organisations — including the Indian Air Force, the Indian Navy, ISRO, CRPF, BSF, CISF, and state police forces across the country.

Every product we build is tested to the highest standards — ballistic approval from DRDO's Terminal Ballistic Research Laboratory, and compliance with Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines. We are proud to have protected invaluable lives for over 30 years.

Our Journey

Three Decades
of Protection

1995

Company Founded

Secure Mobile India established in Delhi by Mr. Shiv Yadav with a focused mandate to manufacture indigenous ballistic protection products for India's security forces.

Late 1990s

First Government Supply

Early bulletproof vehicle conversions and sentry posts delivered to state police and government security establishments, establishing SMI's reputation for quality and reliability.

2000s

Bomb & Blast Product Range Launched

SMI invents and introduces India's first indigenous Bomb Suppression Blanket (BSB) with Blast Containment Ring (BCR) — later approved by DRDO's Terminal Ballistic Research Laboratory.

2005–2010

Blast Resistant Tactical Bunker

Invention and deployment of India's first domestic Blast Resistant Tactical Bunker, adopted by the Indian Air Force, Navy, ISRO, and police forces across the country.

2013

MHA Standard Compliance

Our Blast Containment Bin is tested and certified to the Ministry of Home Affairs 2013 standard — rated for 2 KG TNT blast protection, enabling deployment at India's major public infrastructure.

2025
