Unlike competitors who outsource lamination, glazing or metalwork, SMI controls every manufacturing step in-house. This means we maintain quality at every stage, can iterate rapidly during R&D, and can meet urgent government and defence delivery timelines without dependence on external suppliers.
Our facility is licensed and registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs and is accessible for client visits by prior appointment — including government procurement officials conducting factory verification audits. All production records and quality documentation are maintained in accordance with Indian defence procurement standards.

Armox and structural steel cutting, forming, welding and surface treatment for doors, safes, sentry posts, towers and blast containment products. CNC plasma and waterjet cutting.
Material certification, dimensional inspection, weight verification and pre-delivery documentation. Every product leaves with a complete quality record traceable to raw material batch.
On-site live-fire testing range for prototype validation and production batch sample testing. Enables rapid iterative development without delays for external test facility scheduling.
